摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sulbactam and Cefopcrazone,Cefperazone-Sulbactam in the treatment of pyelonephritis. Method:48 cases of pyelonephritis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,control group was treated with Levofloxacin,the treatment group were treated with Sulbactam and Cefopcrazone,Cefperazone-Sulbactam,the treatment effect and the adverse reaction in two groups were compared.Result:After one course of treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of the treatment group in 6 months was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the adverse reaction in two groups had no significantly difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sulbactam and Cefopcrazone,Cefperazone-Sulbactam in the treatment of pyelonephritis is significant efficacy,and safety,and is an ideal drug treatment of pyelonephritis.关键词
