摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the methods and effect of autologous bone graft combined with locking plate in the treatment of high-energy tibial plateau injury analysis.Method:36 cases of tibial plateau fractures patients from January 2010 to December 2012 were given autologous bone graft combined with locking plate for treatment,surgery,postoperative healing and efficacy were observed.Result:The mean operative time of 36 patients was (98.4±23.8)min,mean blood loss was (202.2±33.6)ml.Patients with fractures were healed,the average healing time was (9.2±1.8)months,one case of partial limb superficial epidermal necrosis without other complications.Merchant efficacy evaluation excellent rate was 94.4%.Conclusion:The application of autologous bone graft combined with locking plate for treatment of high-energy tibial plateau injury,surgery shall be evaluated according to the tolerance level of soft tissue injury and repair,choose the timing of surgery,postoperative tibial plateau should be based on the early implementation of the stability of rehabilitation.关键词
