垂体腺瘤手术中运用内镜与显微镜的对比性研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of using the endoscope and microscope operation in the treatment of pituitary adenoma. Method:288 patients with pituitary adenoma were treated from January 2010 to January 2014 in author’s hospital,they were randomly divided into endoscopic group(122 cases) and control group(166 cases),endoscopic group was treated by transsphenoidal endoscopic pituitary adenoma resection,control group was treated by transsphenoidal microscopicresection,complication,operation effect between the two groups and the incidence of symptoms to improve the situation were compared.Result:Endoscopic group average operation time and hospitalization time were (66.1±8.9)min,(4.3±1.8)d,were significantly lower than the control group (81.3±13.6)min,(8.6±3.1)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Endoscopic group total tumor resection in 105 cases(86.1%),6 cases of postoperative complications(4.9%);the control group total tumor resection in 125 cases(75.3%),postoperative complications occurred in 69 cases(41.6%),the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Endoscopic group headache disappeared,the recovery of visual acuity,growth hormone and prolactin level recovery rate were significantly higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compares transsphenoidal microscopic pituitary adenoma resection with endoscopic resection of pituitary adenoma,endoscopic resection of pituitary adenoma has more advantage.关键词
