摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect and complications of central venous catheter and traditional rough silicone tube line the chest closed drainage for the treatment of COPD with small amounts of pneumothorax.Method:46 cases of COPD combined with small amount of pneumothorax were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was took central venous catheter pleural cavity catheter closed drainage.Group B was took traditional thick silicone tube line the chest closed drainage.The curative effect and complications were compared.Result:Group A and group B had similar curative effect,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but group B complications was less than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of central venous catheter pleural closed drainage for COPD patients with small amount of pneumothorax is satisfied,and fewer complications,worthy of clinical promotion .关键词
