Abstract
Objective:To study value of convex array probe combined with puncture frame in real-time ultrasound guided puncture.Method:Biopsy examination,treatment results of 101 patients with real time ultrasound guided were analyzed.Result:58 cases of 60 cases for biopsy guided puncture after did not show obvious discomfort or complications after piercing and 2 cases of renal puncture weeks limitations right kidney hematoma after 12 hours.15 patients with renal cyst in 2 cases after puncture had therapeutic mild pain,spontaneous regression.In 8 cases of patients with pleural effusion and 9 cases of intrahepatic bile ducts 2 cases after postoperative puncture catheter showed fever,then automatic recovery.The proportion of 1 guided place puncture needles in 101 patients was as high as 86.14%.101 patients’needle point showing rate was as high as 100%,and the success rate was 100%,and the one-time success rate as high as 98.02%. Sensitivity of 60 cases of the examination of the biopsy in patients was 93.33%.39 cases of 41 cases after treatment with puncture were cured,and the cure rate was 95.12%.Intrahepatic bile duct jaundice decreased significantly after catheter drainage or disappear.Conclusion:General convex array probe combined with puncture frame for real-time guided puncture is practical,and has high safety,good sensitivity.关键词
