Abstract
Objective:To study and analysis the application of X-ray plain and CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture effect.Method:190 cases of chest trauma patients with rib fractures from June 2012 to June 2013 in the hospital were selected,they were given the examination of the X-ray plain film,while given CT three-dimensional imaging,the two inspection diagnosis were compared.Result:158 cases of rib fractures(including suspected fracture) were found by X-ray plain film examination,X-ray detection rate was 83%,CT can make an accurate positioning for each of the patients with fractured ribs.Conclusion:X-ray plain film is the most commonly used clinical methods to examine fractured ribs,but X-ray plain film fetal hydrops,while CT examination can precise positioning of fractures,and can be used as important supplement of the X-ray plain film.关键词
