摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing experience on severe acute pancreatitis patients.Method:32 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were given periodic nursing intervention.Result:Patients had different degrees of recovery,no deaths.Surgical intervention at a rate of 25.0%(8/32),complication rate was 21.8%(7/32),complications mainly were diarrhea,shock and respiratory failure.The average hospitalization (28.0±10.5)days.Conclusion:Implement periodic nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis,can reduce the complications,improve patient comfort,is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
