舒适护理干预对Chiari骨盆截骨术治疗儿童Perthes病的疗效观察
The Curative Effect Observation of Comfortable Nursing to the Perthes Children Treated with Chiari Pelvic Osteotomy

Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze curative effect of comfortable nursing intervention for Chiari pelvic osteotomy in the treatment of Perthes disease in children.Method:50 children from February 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected,the children treated with Chiari pelvic osteotomy. They were randomly divided into two groups,control group with 25 cases received routine nursing intervention during the period of clinical,observation group with 25 cases were enhanced with comfortable nursing during clinical.Result:By clinical observation,the excellent and good rate of hip joint function of the observation group was significant higher than those in the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen comfortable nursing of the Perthes children treated with Chiari pelvic osteotomy can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms.关键词
