Abstract
Objective:To research the effect of sick sinus syndrome with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients implanted pacemaker of single and double. Method:Analyzed from March 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital of the clinical data of 40 cases of patients,they were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a single chamber pacemaker and amiodarone,the observation group was given the dual chamber pacemaker implantation on the basis of drug treatment,therapeutic effect of two groups were compared,and using statistical software for analysis of the clinical data.Result:After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 minutes walking distance of two groups there were obvious difference,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But the left ventricular end diastolic diameter of two groups at different time was not obvious,the difference between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with sick sinus syndrome with paroxysmal atrial patients with dual chamber pacemaker implantation treatment effect is obvious fibrillation,more in line with the physiological pacing.关键词
