Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of acute appendicitis with laparoscopic surgery and open operation. Method:Selected 110 cases of patients with acute appendicitis admitted in our hospital from March 2010 to February 2013,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=55) and the control group(n=55),the observation group was given laparoscopic surgery,the control group was given open operation,and then observed and compared the clinical efficacy,satisfaction,intraoperative and postoperative conditions and the incidence of complications.Result:The comparative differences of the two groups had statistically significant on clinical efficacy and satisfaction(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to control group,and the differences were statistically significant on the incision length,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time and hospital stay(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the control group was 9.09%,the observation group was 3.64%,the comparative differences of the two groups had statistically significant on the incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis is better,the rate of complication is lower,and is worthy of popularizing in clinical promotion.关键词
