摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the factors for nosocomial infections in neonatal intensive care unit,and propose the nursing countermeasures. Method:The data of 1530 neonates in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 in intensive care unit were retrospectively analyzed.Result:86 cases in 1530 newborns were occurred the hospital infections,the incidence rate was 5.62%.There mostly were respiratory infection,accounted for 48.84%.There were statistical significance of the body weight,invasive operation,basic disease,time to discharge between the newborns with infections and newborns without infections(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the use of antibiotics between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Reinforcing the nursing management by strengthening ward nursing and reducing the invasive operation can improve the quality of life of the newborns.关键词
