经尿道电切联合膀胱灌注化疗治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effects by transurethral resection with bladder instillation of drug in the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Method:The records of 66 case of cystitis glandularis from March 2010 to March 2014 were retrospectively reviwed.Result:66 case successfully underwent the treatment,52 cases of symptoms disappeared in 1-3 weeks,8 case disappeared in 6-8 weeks.Postoperativery 48 cases with simply leuoplakia visae were re examined by cystoscopy in 3 months,1 year later postoperativel and not found recurrence of cystitis glandularis.Conclusion:Transurethral resection with bladder instillation of drug in the treatment of cystitis glandularis is simply,easy to master,less trauna,less bleeding and effective and few severe complication.关键词
