芬兰医学教育的发展对我国的启示
The Revelation of Finland’s Medical Educational Development for China’s Medical Education
摘要
Abstract
The characteristics,concept and success in the period of development and reforms on medical education in Finland was introduced and analyzed in these three aspects,including clinical medical education,nursing education and medical education practice,as well as the researches on the domestic medical education are prospected.The life-long learning system should be optimized,as well as the software and hardware conditions should be reinforced and the medical humanities oriented concept of life-long learning system should be fostered.The practical experiences in Finland’s reform on medical education will definitely facilitate to speed up and improve the development in medical education system.It’s worth learning from and taking as reference.关键词
