摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch on arthritis index in collagen induced arthritis rats.Method:Establishment of rat animal model of CIA,a total of 40 Wistar rats,compared with blank control group,CIA model group,dexamethasone group and THH group,10 rats in each.The intervention of AI rats in each group were compared in the experimental factors.Result:In the modeling of the last 1 day,the CIA model group,dexamethasone group and Kunming Begonia group AI were significantly higher than that in the blank control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the rats in the treatment ofsuccess;the last 1 day,THH group and dexamethasone group,AI of the control group values obviously lower than in CIA model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of THH is exhibited remarkable curative effect in CIA model.关键词
