Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of bronchial artery embolization for acute massive hemoptysis,in order to improve the patients quality of life and safety of life to provide reliable basis.Method:68 cases of patients with acute massive hemoptysis were treated from October 2008 to December 2012 in author’s hospital,randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each.Two groups of patients with acute massive hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization in treatment of embolic materials,the observation group for polyvinyl alcohol particles,the control group of embolic material for gelatin sponge.Record the treatment,two patients operation complications,recurrence rate after operation.Result:Two groups of 24 hours in the successful hemostasis rate,no significant postoperative complications curative effect difference(P>0.05).The patients in observation group after 1 years of massive hemoptysis recurrence rate was only 8.82%,significantly lower than the control group 32.35%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchial artery embolization in minimally invasive surgery way,its characteristic is small trauma,less postoperative complications,patients restored to health as soon as possible,a big hemoptysis with obvious therapeutic effect,while clinical physician before surgery treatment,should be according to the actual situation to choose the appropriate embolism in patients with materials,guarantee the curative effect and prognosis.关键词
