Abstract
Objective:Investigate the clinical value of 64-slice CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in intertrochanteric fracture classification. Method:From July 2012 to December 2013 in author’s hospital were treated by X-ray confirmed unilateral intertrochanteric fractures of 80 patients,X-ray, CT scan on the 64 row,64 row recording X-ray,CT scan,the cortical fracture stability evaluation andstatistics,the number of femur fracture intertrochanteric fracture.Result:The number of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,64 slice CT scan and intraoperative results had no significant difference(t=0.16,P>0.05), compared with X-ray statistical(t=6.63,P<0.05).Bonecortical continuity,there was statistical significance of 64 slice CT and X-ray difference(χ2=13.64, P<0.05);fracture stability assessment results,with statistical significance of 64 slice CT and X-ray difference(χ2=26.97,P<0.05).Conclusion:64-slice CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique can more accurately display anatomical changes intertrochanteric fracture,more exactly reflect the real situation and the stability of the fracture site,fracture of the number of blocks,has important clinical value to select the correct treatment methods and internal fixation.关键词
