摘要
Abstract
Objective:By 2013 the hospital adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports statistical analysis,to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Method:97 ADR reports were collected in author’s hospital in 2013 and analyzed retrospectively.Result:Of the total 97 cases,the ADR reports of male and female were 52.58%and 47.42%respectively,among which the old took the highest proportion(36.08%);92.78%of ADRs were induced by the drugs of intravenous administration. Anti-infective agent induced-ADRs were 61.86% and the most common clinical manifestations were the damage of skin and adnexa,which accounted for 46.39%.Conclusion:Should step up publicity efforts to encourage health care workers to participate in ADR monitoring work for the rational use of drugs,medication safety contribute.关键词
