Abstract
Objective:To analyze the method and effect of rheumatic heart disease care.Method:65 cases of elderly patients with rheumatic heart disease were treated from January 2012 to December 2013 in author’s hospital,all of the patients during hospitalization were given psychological care,drug care, oxygen therapy and nursing,diet nursing,etc.,the study on the clinical nursing data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.Result:65 cases of rheumatic heart disease patients after system of clinical treatment and nursing improvement in 58 cases,no change in 5 cases,2 cases died,the recovery was 89.2%. An improvement of 58 patients with rheumatic heart disease after discharge life can provide for oneself,after no shortness of breath,palpitation,rhythm of the heart, no abnormal blood pressure,pulse and other indicators.Conclusion:In elderly patients with rheumatic heart disease line system of routine nursing,psychological nursing,diet nursing,nursing and nursing can ensure the life safety of patients,with an omedication xygen promote improved symptoms,improve patient quality of life,has excellent effect on nursing.关键词
