Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of color ultrasound guided by bladder swollen alcohol injection the rapy for hepatic cyst. Method:20 cases of patients with single,multiple hepatic cysts with 24,diameter>4-5 cm were treated in author’s hospital,were examined by color doppler ultrasound guided percutaneous injection of absolute alcohol into the cyst treatment,observed the effect of treatment and recurrence.Result:In 20 patients (24 cysts) were aspirated fluid,the successful rate of puncture was 100%.3 months after the color B ultrasound examination,the cure rate was 83.3%(20/24),effective rate was 95.8%(23/24);2 patients had 1 cysts recurred in 6 months after operation,the recurrence rate was 8.3%(2/24).Conclusion:Color ultrasound guided percutaneous alcohol injection for liver cyst is simple,economic and effective,small impact on the liver function,small trauma,rapid recovery,It is a good method for the treatment of hepatic cyst.关键词
