摘要
Abstract
Orientation training for new hospital-employees is an important part of education and management. With four years training experience of author’s hospital,this paper provides a summary from the object of training,form,content,meaning and so on. Training focus on the content of laws,regulations, ethics and other common knowledge,and increasing the service,the service concept to strengthen education effect. The purpose is to make the new hospital-employees changing role as soon as possible. Against how to improve the orientation training of hospital,the paper discussed the question from four aspects.关键词
