摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of the levofloxacin-containing quadruple therapy as first-line therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori,Hp).Method:104 patients with Hp infection in the Digestive Department of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with quadruple therapy containing Levofloxacin,Amoxicillin combined with proton pump inhibitor and bismuth.The control group was treated with triple therapy consist of Levofloxacin,Amoxicillin and proton pump inhibitor.The courses of both groups were all lasted 10 days.The eradication of Hp was assessed by 13C-urea breath test four weeks after the treatment of therapy,and the safety was also evaluated.Result:Hp eradication rate of the experiment group was 96.3%,much higher than the control group(84.0%),the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse effects were found in two groups.Conclusion:Levofloxacin-containing quadruple therapy is effective in treating Hp infection. There is no adverse reaction,and it is worthy of clinical generalization apply.关键词
