摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) in the flat or broad-base colonic polyps.Method:94 flat or broad-base colonic polyps involved in this paper. First,injected the liquid into the submucosa conducted by endoscope,then,cutted down the polyp by one-time excision or partial excision. The wound was sealed by titanium clips or just indwelling. All cases were followed up 6,18 and 30 months after EMR. The patients without recurrence after 30 months followed-up were thought to be cured.Result:All cases were cured except one,who recurred 1 year after EMR. There was not any severe complication occurred after EMR.Conclusion:EMR is a safe,economical and effective treatment for flat or broad base colonic polyps.关键词
