Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of along the marginal mandibular branch of facial nerve anatomy method of reverse operation of parotid neoplasms.Method:86 cases of parotid neoplasms from June 2008 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected.The 86 patients were performed along the marginal mandibular branch of facial nerve anatomy operation reverse treatment,86 patients in 24 cases of parotid total resection,62 patients with superficial parotidectomy.After the operation,all patients would be followed up for 8 to 66 months.The postoperative recovery effect were strict and accurate recorded.Result:Effects of 86 cases of patients with the overall treatment were good.No recurrence occurred,4 patients with parotid fistula operation were cured in two to three weeks.Follow-up record shows that 86 patients had no serious infection,postoperative infections and permanent facial paralysis patients. Conclusion:Operation in the treatment of patients with parotid neoplasms along the marginal mandibular branch of facial nerve anatomy method of reverse operation method has a better clinical therapeutic effect.Treatment of this anatomical landmarks makes more easily to find accurate than that of traditional anatomical method.After treatment,patients with severe facial paralysis sequelae generally does not occur.关键词
