Abstract
Objective:Through the detection of plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine concentration on patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction undergoing direct percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) operation,the aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between ADMA and no reflow. Method:The study group consisted of 96 cases of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction undergoing direct PCI surgery with NR.The control group was composed of 88 cases with normal coronary flow in PCI surgery.We measured ADMA plasma concentrations in all patients.Result:Plasma ADMA concentrations were significantly higher in the NR group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Our results suggest that plasma concentrations of AMDA is important mechanism in NR.关键词
