Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Atrovastatin on acute cerebral infarction and its influence on C-reactive protein.Method:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group(n=40) and the treatment group(n=40).Two groups were treated with conventional therapy,and on the basis of conventional therapy the treatment group was treated with atrovastatin.The patients were given the neurological function evaluation with NIHSS and determination of C-reactive protein content to evaluate its clinical efficacy and explore its possible mechanism.Result:The improvement of neurological function in the treatment group was better compared with that in the control group.The treatment group C-reactive protein decreased significantly compared with the control group.Conclusion:Atorvastatin can significantly decreased the level of CRP in patients with cerebral infarction,and can improve the nerve function deficiency, has a significant neuroprotective effect.关键词
