Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application value of enterolysis with laparoscope in the treatment of adhesive ileus.Method:A retrospective analysis for the clinical data of 98 cases admitted in our hospital with adhesive ileus and surgical treatment from 2010 to 2013 year,50 cases with treatment of enterolysis with laparoscope(the experimental group),48 cases with treatment of enterolysis with laparotomy surgery(the control group),and implementted comprehensive comparison for intraoperative and postoperative of the two groups.Result:The terms of intraoperative blood loss,the first time to exhaust,feeding time and hospital stay of the experimental were significantly less than of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The postoperative incision infection of the treatment group rate was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Enterolysis with laparoscopy cures adhesive ileus has advantages of small trauma,rapid recovery and low incision infection rate,and worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
