改良术式与传统术式治疗甲状腺疾病的效果比较研究
Comparative Study of Improved Surgical and Traditional Surgical in the Treatment of Thyroid Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of improved surgical and traditional surgical in the treatment of thyroid disease.Method:92 patients with thyroid disease in our hospital from September 2011 to October 2013 were divided into the treatment group (n=46),treated with improved surgical and the control group(n=46),treated with traditional surgical.The patient satisfaction,observed indicators,adverse reactions and recurrence of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the satisfaction of the treatment group(86.96%) was higher than that of the control group(69.57%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The operative time,blood loss,treatment costs,postoperative drainage and hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reaction and recurrence rate of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved surgical in the treatment of thyroid diseases has significant clinical effect.关键词
