Abstract
Objective:To explore the relevance between the occupation burnout of the operating room nurses and their physical and mental health. Method:Fifty operating room nurses graduated within two years working in Third Grade Class A Hospital of Binzhou City were randomly selected as respondents. The survey used Maslach Occupation Burnout Questionnaire(Revised Edition) and Health status questionnaire.Result:12 cases(24%) of the respondents had weak personal accomplishment,15 cases(30%) respondents had severe emotional alienation,12 cases(24%) had severe emotional exhaustion,these people had more occupation burnout than others.The physical and mental health were positively correlated with emotional exhaustion,emotional alienation,and negatively correlated with professional performance.Conclusion:The occupation burnout of the operating room nurses is closely related to the physical and mental health. Managers should create a good professional environment for the operating room nurses.关键词
