Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical features and prevention strategies of elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia.Method:The clinical data of 54 elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia accompanied their basic diseases,especially nervous system diseases(56 cases),chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(31 cases ),hypertension(30 cases),and the majority (40 cases )of the patients accompanied three and above of these diseases.The clinical manifestations were mental decline(44 cases),having no appetite(32 cases),fever(30 cases).After the treatment,25 cases were cured,10 cases were improved and 19 cases died.Conclusion:The prevention is very important for elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia.关键词
