Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide and ipratropium bromide nebulizer treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Method:100 patients with bronchial pneumonia in children in our hospital from June 2011 to September 2013 admitted for the study,were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group of 50 cases.Two group patients have taken the basic treatment,the control group household budesonide inhalation suspension line atomization treatment,observation group were treated with budesonide and ipratropium bromide nebulizer treatment,than the clinical effects were analyzed.Result:The effective rate of the control group was 72.00%while the observation group was 90.00%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The shortness of breath,cough,rales disappeared time for clinical treatment of the observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchial pneumonia in children taking budesonide and ipratropium bromide nebulizer treatment effect is remarkable,safe,no significant adverse reactions after surgery,worthy of further promotion use.关键词
