摘要
Abstract
Objective:To elevate the nursing quality of our hospital through PDCA cycle.Method:Evaluated caring quality levels before and after applying PDCA cycle through comparing diverse indexes obtained from the telephone follow-up of discharged patients,which include service attitude satisfaction,technical quality satisfaction,working positivity satisfaction and venous infusion techniques satisfaction.Result:After applying PDCA cycle,the service attitude,technical quality,working positivity and venous infusion techniques satisfaction rates were improved statistically.Conclusion:The well-managed corporation of patient service center,nursing department and clinical departments,as well as appropriate application of PDCA cycle can be used as an effective tool to improve nursing quality.关键词
