摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of continuous blood purification technology in urgent the critically ill patient and nursing measures. Method:45 cases from April 2012 to April 2013 in Our hospital were treated of acute and critically ill patients for the study,its line of continuous blood purification technology and appropriate care interventions to improve cardiac hemodynamics and clinical symptoms of patients before and after comparing parameters. Result:After treatment,heart rate,central venous pressure,cardiac index,central venous pressure and other cardiac hemodynamic parameters were significantly better than before treatment,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,21 cases survived after treatment,4 case dead.Conclusion:Continuous blood purification technology can significantly improve cardiac function and improve clinical efficiency,take appropriate nursing interventions better.关键词
