Abstract
Objective:To investigate efficacy analysis of intermaxillary pulling nails combined miniature titanium fixation on jaw fracture. Method:70 cases of jaw fracture patients in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was given miniature titanium fixation,and observation group were given intermaxillary pulling nails combined miniature titanium fixation. The efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed. Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 82.9%,which was significantly higher than the control group (54.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). One patient in control group occured shift phenomenon,and observation group had no this reaction. Conclusion:Intermaxillary pulling nails combined miniature titanium fixation can effectively treat the jaw fracture,with advantage of safe and reliable,worthy of promotion and application in clinical work.关键词
