Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect 5S in regional division of labor in the management of the department. Method:From 2013 to January in our hospital used"5S"(often tissue,often to rectify,clean,standardize,often self-discipline) theory and the regional division of labor management combination,division management of various departments,through the differences before and after a year of operation of the department of comparative experiments in patient satisfaction rate,qualified sterilized articles rate etc. Result:It was found that the comparison results of implementation of 5S technology management, the sections of the work environment,the nurse’s working efficiency and working quality,qualified rate of sterile articles,patient satisfaction rate was greatly improved,the experiment before the patient’s satisfaction rate of 85.2%,after the experiment was 98.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of"5S"technology in the Department of the regional division of labor management,can effectively improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection,maintain a good hospital environment and ensure the quality of medical care,therefore,the concept of 5S method worth popularization.关键词
