Abstract
Objective:To research the distributions of pathogenic bacteria and the effects of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam in the treatment of urinary tract infection in infants.Method:Retrospective analysis 144 cases of infants with urinary tract infections in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2014,the patients did the urine separation and culture of middle urine.According to laboratory and susceptibility testing select the appropriate antibiotic in different course,to analysis the value of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam in the treatment of urinary tract infections in infants.Result:The results of urine culture with 76 cases positive,positive rate of 52.8%(76/144).In positive Gram-negative bacteria 67 cases,accounting for 88.2%(67/76).Gram-positive bacteria 9 cases,accounting for 11.8%(9/76).Escherichia coli 61 cases,accounting for 80.3%(61/76),Enterococcus 9 cases,accounting for 11.8%(9/76),Cefoperazone/Sulbactam was treated for the 104 patients who were treated ineffective with Cefotaxime,101 cases were cure,the rate of cure was 97.1%(101/104).Conclusion:Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli) is the first causes of urinary tract infections in infants,followed by Gram-positive bacteria(Enterococcus),Cefoperazone/Sulbactam is more effective than conventional antibiotics in infants with urinary tract infections.关键词
