Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes and the interventions of adverse reaction to vaccination in children.Method:Retrospective analysis and descriptive statistics methods were used to analyze the types,causes and constituent ratios of 53 vaccine adverse events happened in a hospital in our city from April 2013 to April 2014.Result:The types and constituent ratios of the preventive vaccine adverse events were general reaction in 37 cases for 69.81%,abnormal reaction in 14 cases,accounting for 26.42%,2 cases of coupling reaction,accounting for 3.77%.In the causes and constituent ratios of adverse reactions to vaccination,that did not regulate the standard vaccination operating process were 16 cases,accounting for 30.19%,time of inoculation in 13 cases,accounting for 24.53%,the physical quality of patients in 9 cases,accounting for 16.98%,the quality of vaccine in 8 cases,accounting for 15.09%,7 cases of vaccination environment and post-vaccination schedule,accounted for 13.21%.Conclusion:Strengthening the AEFI monitoring,implementing of interventions and timely processing of the corresponding symptoms,are the way to improve the immunization safety and promote the physical and mental health of children.关键词
