超声刀在甲状腺次全切除术中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonic-harmonic scalpel in subtotal thyroidectomy surgery.Method:From January 2012 to February 2014,105 cases were treated with subtotal thyroidectomy surgery by the same operation team,including 51 cases undergoing ultrasonic-harmonic scalpel thyroidectomy(the UHS group) and 54 cases receiving conventional thyroidectomy(the conventional group).The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative draining volume,postoperative complications,voice change of two groups in the three months follow-up were compared.Result:The mean operation time in the UHS group and the conventional group were (67.05±11.45)min,(83.61±14.77)min,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Mean intraoperative bleeding volume in the UHS group and the conventional group were (17.11±7.72)ml,(44.85±18.02)ml,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative draining volume and postoperative complications showed no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05).There was no delayed voice change in the 3 months follow-up.Conclusion:Using of ultrasonic-harmonic scalpel in subtotal thyroidectomy surgery is safer and more effective,it can reduce the operation time and intraoperative bleeding.关键词
