Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of candida with oral lichen planus(OLP) and oral leukoplakia(OLK) through detecting the oral candida in patients with OLP and OLK.Method:A total of 25 OLP patients,25 OLK patients and 25 healthy individuals were selected from the department of stomatology in Fujian Provincial Hospital. The oral rinse liquid of all the subjects were collected, followed by separation and identification using CHRO Magar Candida to observe and compare the candida detection rates of the three groups.Result:The candida detection rates of the control group,OLP group and OLK group were 36.00%,40.00% and 36.00%,and the differences among three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The Candida albicans detection rates of the control group,OLP group and OLK group were 20.00%,24.00% and 24.00%,the Candida tropicalis detection rates were 8.00%,12.00% and 8.00%.The Candida glabrata detection rates of three groups were all 4.00%,and the oral detection rates of each kind of candida in three groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The presence of candida is not significantly correlated with the onset of OLP and OLK.关键词
