摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the two kinds of anesthesia used in the clinical curative effect of hip arthroplasty.Method:92 cases from May 2012 to May 2013 undergoing hip replacement were selected as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 patients in each group.Control group was adopted epidural anesthesia,observation group with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia method,anesthetic effect in two groups of patients was comparative analysed.Result:The results showed that the anesthetic effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group of patients with heart rate and blood pressure changes before and after anesthesia were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applied in the hip replacement,the clinical effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is better than that of epidural anesthesia, can effectively improve the effect of anesthesia,and reduce the influence on heart rate and blood pressure,is worthy of popularization and application in clinical application.关键词
