Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor reconstruction in women with pelvic organ prolapse.Method:30 patients with pelvic organ prolapse(POP) were selected in our hospital for treatment with pelvic floor reconstruction,blood loss,operative time,hospital stay and complications were observed,preoperative and postoperative POP-Q score points and quality of life was compared.Result:30 patients were cured after surgery,postoperative POP-Q points score were significantly better than before surgery.Quality of life in patients 1 year after surgery was significantly improved(P<0.01).After 1 year, there was 1 case with mild urge incontinence,1 case with new-onset mild stress urinary incontinence,1 case with mesh exposed,1 case with mesh contracture, 1 case with new-onset mild pain during intercourse,no manure incontinence.Conclusion:The pelvic floor reconstruction treating pelvic organ prolapse is safe, reliable,worthy of promotion and application.关键词
