摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical application of reticulocyte counting(RET) by Sysmex XE-5000 automatic blood analyzer.Method:Reticulocyte counting(RET) was performed in the same sample,the observation group adopted Sysmex XE-5000 automatic blood analyzer,the control group adopted conventional microscope manual counting,compared and analyzed the results of two countings.Result:Coefficient of variation of normal value,high value and low value RET counting results of observation group were higher than control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Counting RET by Sysmex XE-5000 automatic blood analyzer has advantages of perfect accuracy,good precision,high standardization degree,which can provide poweful evidence that applying for instruments for RET counting for clinical doctors.关键词
