Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of CT in the clinical diagnosis of liver fluke disease.Method:A retrospective analysis for CT manifestations and clinical data of 110 patients admitted in our hospital with liver fluke disease from March 2010 to February 2013.Result:The CT examination of 110 cases were characterized by different levels and different forms of expansion,and there were 52 cases(47.27%) with intrahepatic bile duct mild expansion, 30 cases(27.27%) with moderate expansion,28 cases(25.45%) with severe expansion.In the expansion of the form,there were 61 cases(55.45%) with aroud type, 22 cases(20.00%) with the central type,27 cases(24.55%) with mixed.The soft tissue density shadow liking dot insect could be seen in the 56 cases of expansion bile duct.The soft tissue density shadow liking pieces of flocculent could be seen in 41 cases.48 cases with combined gallstones.30 cases with merger cholangitis, low density shadow like patchy,and the edges were not clear.8 cases with liver abscess,showing the circular or honeycomb reinforcement.9 cases with bile duct carcinoma,7 cases with intrahepatic bile duct stones.There were no significantly improved by enhanced scanning for 41 cases of dilated bile duct wall.57 cases had mild liver enlargement,5 cases with liver cirrhosis,36 cases with fatty liver.Conclusion:There are clinical manifestation with liver fluke CT examination,and it will be clear diagnosis if combined with laboratory tests and clinical diagnosis,and is worthy of promote in clinical.关键词
