预见性护理在预防老年住院患者跌倒中的应用
Foreseeing Nursing in the Prevention of Elderly Inpatient Falls

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of predictive nursing in the prevention of hospitalized elderly patients falls.Method: More than 65 years old 200 cases of hospitalized patients were selected in our hospital from November 2013 to April 2014 as the observation group,the application of predictive nursing intervention on it,200 cases of routine care of elderly patients were selected from January 2013 to October 2013 as the control group,for comparative study,comparative content included the incidence of falls and the patient’s nursing satisfaction.Result:The high risk patients of the observation group patient’s assessment rate was no significant difference between 75.5% and 73.0% in the control group (P>0.05).200 patients in the observation group without falling accident cases,the control group had 3 cases,fall rate was 1.5%,there was significant differences(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 99.0%,was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Foreseeing nursing can estimate falls in high-risk patients,and can be taken to reduce the fall rate in elderly patients by adopting a series of effective measures,and to improve nursing satisfaction of patients,should be widely promoted in the future clinical practice.关键词
