Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of promoting the study of gastric reinfusion of patients after abdominal surgery recovery of gastrointestinal function and clinical care analysis.Method:From March 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital after abdominal surgery with gastric intestinal lost 50 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional methods,such as gastrointestinal decompression,intravenous fluids,taking metoclopramide and other drugs it pride promote gastrointestinal motility and recovery,in addition to the traditional method,the observation group,the postoperative 2 d begin by jejuna gastric intestinal fistula or nasal carried reinfusion,monitoring and recording the recovery of the gastrointestinal tract as well as in patients with biochemical indicators 7 d and 15 d after treatment.Result:The effect of a variety of indicators of two groups for monitoring and recovery were better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group was significantly more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastric reinfusion after gastric abdominal surgery can promote recovery of gastrointestinal function, help to correct water and electrolyte balance disorder patients.关键词
