同步放化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness and side effects of concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer. Method:105 patients with pathologically verified ⅠB2-ⅡB cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The concurrent chemoradiotherapy group(54 cases) was treated with the radical radiotherapy and Nedaplatin single week chemotherapy.The radiotherapy group(51 cases)was teeated with the radical radiotherapy.The short-term efficacy,1-year,3-year survival rate and the side effects were observed and compared.Result:3 months after treatment,both the complete remission rate and effective rate of concurrent chemoradiotherapy group were better than the radiotherapy group (75.9%、94.9%vs 54.9%、66.7%),showing a significant difference (P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group was 100%,and the radiotherapy group was 96.3%.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The 3-year survival rate of the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group was higher than the radiotherapy group (91.1%vs 41.6%,P<0.05). The gastrointestinal reactions and hematologic toxicity of the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group was higher than the radiotherapy group (P<0.05). But the radiation proctitis and the radiation cystitis of the two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:Concurrent chemoradiotherapy can remarkably increase the effectiveness and the survival rate in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.The Adverse reactions can be tolerated.It is worthy of further application.关键词
