Abstract
Objective:To exolore Montelukast sodium combined moxibustion in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Method:186 cases of children with cough variant asthma treatment order were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 98 cases. Treatment group was treated by montelukast sodium chewable tablets joint moxibustion and control group was given Montelukast. After six months of continuous drug analysis and comparison of the two groups of children with peripheral IL-13,IL-12 and IL-4 concentration and relieve the cough time required,cough recurrence rate. Result:After treatment for six months,the treatment group children cough relief time (2.45±1.23)d,cough recurrence rate of 5.10%,peripheral IL-13,IL-12, IL-4 concentration were (45.5±16.47)ng/L,(70.38±19.34)ng/L and (2.56±1.51)pg/L,relieve cough in children in the control group required time (4.65±1.75)d, cough recurrence rate 25.51%,the peripheral blood IL-13,IL-12,IL-2 and IL-4 concentrations were (134.25±56.35)ng/L,(30.25±15.12)ng/L,and (8.06±1.34)pg/L,the two groups of children with peripheral IL-13,IL-12 and IL-4 concentration and the time required to relieve cough,cough recurrence rate differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined moxibustion in treatment of children with cough variant asthma curative effect,can effectively reduce the time and peripheral IL-13 and IL-4 concentration required to alleviate cough,cough relapse rate,and effectively enhance peripheral IL-12 concentrations.关键词
