Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of highly active anti-retroviral therapy of HIV/AIDS patient. Method:One hundred and forty-seven cases of HIV virus infection patients treated over a year were retrospective investigated. Result:The CD4+T lymphocyte in 147 patients received highly active antiretroviral therapy was obviously increased after 6 months. At 6 months and 12 months after treatment the CD4+T lymphocyte count were (336.95±165.55)/μl and (344.81±169.28)/μl,respectively. The proportion of patients with viral load<50 copies/ml was 78.23%when received HAART for a year. Conclusion:The curative effect of HAART is obvious,but viral load monitor must be put into effect in the course of antiviral treatment. When the viral load of patients is more than 1000 copies/ml,patients’ viral load need to be tested constantly and medication program need to adjust in time.关键词
