摘要
Abstract
Objective:To detect the heart rate variability (HRV) of patients with type 2 diabetes and/or coronary heart disease(CHD) by using 24-hour Holter ECG.Method:24 h Holter monitoring,HRV time domain analysis were conducted in the four groups:diabetes groups(A group,n=30),CHD group (B group,n=28),T2DM and CHD group(C group,n=34),control group(D group,n=20),The cardiac autonomic neuropathy in the four group were also evaluated. Result:HRV time domain of A,B,C group were significantly lower than those of the D group,HRV time domain of C group were significantly lower than that of the A,B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The damaged autonomous nerve function in patients with T2DM and/or CHD can lead to the increase of occurrence of carcinogenic sudden death,so the regular examination and close following-up should be conducted.关键词
