Abstract
Objective:To analyze the causes of 30 neonatal care 30 cases at our hospital and summarize the relevant preventive strategies.Method:Time of occurrence,the specific classification,nurse working time,bed utilization ratio and the causes were retrospectively analyzed and summarized adverse events preventive strategies based on the 30 cases of adverse events at our hospital.Result:63.33%of neonatal adverse events occurred at 10∶00-16∶00,significantly higher than any other time periods(P<0.05). Skin damage incident accounts for 30.33%,significantly higher than other types of events(P<0.05). Adverse events which involves nurses with less than one year of work experience account for 60.00%,higher than the incidence of other groups(P<0.05). Patients whose bed occupancy rate of 100%account for 63.33%of the adverse events,higher than the other use rate in patients(P<0.05). Adverse events caused by lack of checking on work implement account for 43.33%,significantly higher than for other reasons(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short working time of neonatal care nurses,lack of checking work on patients and excessive use of nursing beds are main causes to adverse events. In addition,day shift is the high time of care event,and skin damage is more common than other events. Therefore,care personnel should focus on such reasons to improve care and reduce the incidence of adverse events.关键词
