Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact on gastrointestinal function and psychological status of perioperative nursing intervention for patients gastrointestinal surgery.Method:120 patients were randomly assigned to the intervention group(n=60) and control group(n=60),the control group took random symptomatic care,intervention group focused on the implementation of perioperative nursing intervention,postoperative flatus time,disconnect the tube, hospitalization time,preoperative and postoperative 3 days SAS score,complications were compared.Result:The flatus time,disconnect tube,hospitalization time of intervention group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05). SAS scores of intervention group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate of intervention group was 13.33%,were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastrointestinal surgery,reduce anxiety and psychological state of the patient.关键词
